What's inside

Plain chocolate bars made from single-origin cacao, tempered and poured by hand.
Our Single-Origin Chocolate Bars are made to let the cacao speak plainly, with no decoration beyond what the bean itself offers.

Delifideli began as a small atelier devoted to one idea: that chocolate, made carefully and in small quantities, can be its own quiet luxury.

Each piece passes through our chocolatier's hands — tempered, filled, and finished without shortcuts. We work in small batches, which means the range changes gently through the year as origins and seasons shift.
The atelier
Our space is simple and calm, built around the work rather than around display. Visitors are welcome to see pieces up close and, when possible, to watch part of the process.
